I hereby apply for studies at Regal International College and I confirm that the information given in this form is correct and complete.  I also confirm that the documentation I will supply with my application is genuine, and I understand that the college will withdraw the offer if any aspect of my application is found to have been falsified.

I understand the refund policy:

• All courses are subject to a £250 non-refundable registration fee in addition to the normal course fee.
• No part of the tuition fee is refundable, if a student stops attending, leaves after the commencement of the course or suspended for violation of college regulations.
• In the case of visa refusal course fee will be refunded subject to a deduction of £250 (on written request with evidence of refusal).
• No refunds will be made if a student obtains entry clearance, enters the UK or extends the student visa on the strength of the documents provided by the college.
• On visa refusal students are required to contact the college directly within 2 months from refusal date, for any refund to be authorized.
• Refund process can take upto 3 months. In case of appeal, no refund will be authorized until the outcome of the appeal is known.
• Subject to the above, if a student withdraws from the course (notified in writing), more than 4 weeks before the commencement of the course, the fee will be refunded after a deduction of £250.
• If the College failed to deliver the course for which you have paid the appropriate fee, the fee will be refunded in full.
• I have read and understood the college hand book which is placed online and I was given induction.

I hereby confirm that I understand that Regal International College will accept no liability for my accommodation and/or living expenses.
