Introduction to Project Management |

| Project management is the application of good management practices in a structured manner and choosing appropriate automated tools which can help you. The skill lies in identifying the circumstances in which these practices should be applied, and the best way to do so. This course teaches the main areas of project management. By understanding these areas and applying some of the techniques we can improve our chances of managing projects to a successful completion. | |||||||||||

| At the end of the course the candidate will be given a written and practical examination along with the course work. After submission of the course work, the candidate will be awarded the certificate of course completion from Regal International College. | |||||||||||
| Prerequisites | |||||||||||

The candidate should have the basic fundamental computer and programming knowledge. Relevant commercial experience is a plus point. |
