Mission Statement

Diploma in Graphics and Multimedia

This course is designed for the individual or groups from UK/EU or Overseas countries, who are interested in Graphics and Multimedia Technologies and want to make their career with Graphics and Multimedia. This course offers wide range of all the latest technologies available.
Aims & Objectives

The Graphics & MultiMedia curriculum offers a broad range of training including graphic and web page design fundamentals, multimedia authoring and animation, design illustration and digital imaging, multimedia business practices, and beyond. This program serves to train today's digital designers and prepares students for advanced training and everything needed for a perfect presentation.
This course is designed
* To master the skills of the print, web and desktop this course is designed.
* To master the photoshop skills which is any media platform.
* To master Flash, Swish and 3d Max for interactive animations for web or desktop.
* To master Dreamweaver and Gif Animator for web Designer

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VECTOR GRAPHICS
Bitmap images, scanning; composition; special effects; image management; digital color; image modes, Drawing tools, fonts styles; Adobe PhotoShop

ANIMATION AND MODELLING
Rhythm and motion; 2D animation; animated figure; motion graphics; 3D (independent); JASC Animation Pro, Flash, SWISH and 3D MAX STUDIO

INTERNET AND WWW
Web graphics, the interface: buttons, navigation; basic HTML; website management; Dreamweaver

PUBLISHING
Print layout and design; print graphics; print standards; publications: business card, brochure, newsletter; Adobe Illustrator

INTRODUCTION TO AUDIO / VIDEO PRODUCTION
Camera; production process: pre and postproduction procedures; script writing and storyboarding; sound; lighting; video editing, video compression

Course Work

At the end of the course the candidate will be given a written and practical examination along with the course work. After submission of the course work, the candidate will be awarded the certificate of course completion from Regal International College.

 

Prerequisites

The candidate should have the basic fundamental computer and programming knowledge. Relevant commercial experience is a plus point.
